What cookies we use, why, and how you can control them. Written to comply with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work, or work more efficiently, and to provide information to the site's owner.
2. Cookies we use
We keep cookie use to the minimum needed to run the Site and to understand how our marketing performs.
- Strictly necessary cookies: required for the Site to function. These do not require consent.
- Advertising and analytics cookies: we use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to understand how visitors use the Site. The Pixel is loaded only if you choose Accept on the cookie banner, and may set cookies such as

3. Third-party cookies
Some features rely on third parties who may set their own cookies when you interact with them:
- SevenRooms, when you make a reservation through their booking pages.
- Fiserv, when you make a card payment on their secure payment pages.
- Instagram, when you follow links to our Instagram profile.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), through the Meta Pixel described in section 2.
- Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces used on the Site.
We do not control those cookies. Please refer to the relevant provider's own cookie and privacy policies.
4. Managing cookies
You can change your cookie choice at any time: review your cookie settings.
Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Site, or of our booking and payment partners' sites, from working.
